Admission Requirements
Documents Required to Register
To complete the application process, please provide the following documents:
- Legal Proof: Passport or Birth Certificate, demonstrating your child’s name, date of birth, and citizenship status in Canada.
- Academic Records: Latest year’s Report Card.
- Health Records: Immunization Records.
Note: All documents that are not in English must be translated by a certified translator.
English Language Assessment
If necessary, an English language assessment will be conducted to determine your child’s English skills.
International Students
HongDe Elementary School welcomes international students.

Registration Steps

STEP 1. APPLICATION FEE
Fill out the application form.
Submit a non-refundable application fee of $200 with each application. Learn more about fees on the Tuition page.

STEP 2. APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Complete the application form and submit it along with the required documents info@hongdeschool.ca

STEP 3. FAMILY MEETING
Every family meets with the Principal to ask questions and learn more about HongDe’s bilingual program.

STEP 4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER
Upon acceptance, the school will send an acceptance letter to the family.
